All our classes are all levels, and range from slow and calming, to dynamic and firey.
Whether you’re just starting your yogic journey or have been practicing for a while – there’s a home for you here.
Vinyasa 1

This class is great for all levels of yogis and attending this class regularly will help prepare you for Vinyasa 2. This class will help you build a strong yoga foundation by combining breath and movement at an accessible pace. You’ll flow through various asanas (yogic postures) to increase strength, mobility, and flexibility. These classes may also include : • Meditation • Yogic Wisdom • Breathwork • Mantra - Depending on the individual teacher’s style
Vinyasa 2

This is our most challenging class and is great if you’re looking to work up a sweat. This dynamic vinyasa will help you move stagnant energy, increase strength and mobility, all while listening to an upbeat playlist. These classes may also include : • Meditation • Yogic Wisdom • Breathwork • Mantra - Depending on the individual teacher’s style
Slow Flow

This slower-paced class is great for all levels of yogis. This class offers a mindful approach to vinyasa with longer-held poses to help you find balance between strength and flexibility. These classes may also include : • Meditation • Yogic Wisdom • Breathwork • Mantra - Depending on the individual teacher’s style
Candlelight Yin

This is a gentle and relaxing class for all levels of yogis. Yin is a passive, meditative, ground-based practice that promotes stillness and relaxation through long static-held postures (3-5 minutes) while softening the muscles. It targets connective tissues (fascia, joints, tendons, ligaments) to create more space and flexibility. It invites you to slow down and cultivate a more intimate relationship with your body, breath, and mind.
Vibe + Flow

Vibe + Flow is an all-level vinyasa class where we turn up the music! It's the perfect start to your weekend activities. This class will help you build a strong flow foundation by combining breath and movement at an accessible pace. You’ll move through various asanas (yogic postures) to increase strength, mobility, and flexibility. Each class will offer a themed playlist or live music.
Vin + Yin

Vin + Yin is the perfect active-recovery class, designed to help you improve joint health, mobility, and increase flexibility. Each class will begin with a mindful approach to a Vinyasa practice and end with ground-based postures held for up to 3-5 minutes. Rise + Shine

Start your day feeling refreshed with the all-levels flow, Rise + Shine. This class is great for all levels of yogis and attending this class regularly will help prepare you for Vinyasa 2.
