Bonnie Golden


Meet Bonnie Golden, she crafts individual and group offerings for people across the lifespan. She’s seen first-hand that yoga will enhance health and well-being holistically: body, mind, and breath. She believes that we each have the capacity to empower ourselves through evidence-based yogic tools. Holistic yoga has helped her with back pain, osteoporosis, frozen shoulder, fall prevention, stress management, and much more. She’s also the author of “Yoga for Holistic Healing: Poses and Sequences for Pain and Stress Relief”. In addition to her e-RYT (expert registered yoga teacher designation), she has 20+ years of experience teaching and training in yin, restorative, prenatal/postnatal yoga, yoga for healthy aging, self-myofascial release, Reiki, and more.
