Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that focuses on the coordination of breath with movement. In Sanskrit (the language of yoga), "vinyasa" means "to place in a special way," and in the context of yoga, it refers to the intentional sequencing of poses in a flow-like manner.
  • Are you a heated yoga studio?
No we're not a heated yoga studio, but you'll still work up a sweat in our Vinyasa and Bhakti classes!
  • What’s proper etiquette for the studio?
One of the best parts about practicing at Yoga Loft is the amazing community! One of the best ways to show your support is by arriving on time and staying for the final resting pose, savasana! We also ask that you: Remove shoes inside the studio and place them near cubbies. Since we walk around barefoot, this helps us keep the studio clean and germ-free! Please refrain from wearing perfume or strongly scented lotions to protect those with sensitive lungs. Turn off cell phones for the duration of class.
  • How do you handle airborne contaminants like COVID?
We have two state-of-the-art air filtration systems in the studio that neutralize airborne contaminants like COVID-19. These are running 24/7 to ensure the air quality in the studio is as clean as possible. In addition, we have a hospital-grade filter in the HVAC!

We sure do! We provide complementary spring water in the studio. But please provide your own water bottle, as we are a plastic-free facility.

  • What is your cancellation / no-show policy?
