Marcie began practicing vinyasa at home 20 years ago to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety. Challenges with an autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis led her to a studio and helped strengthened her love of yoga. The healing benefits of yoga help ease chronic pain and reduce stress and the energy of the studio gave her community and love. She is a 200 e-ryt, 500 ryt who specializes in instruction and helping students build strength for arm balances and inversions. She aims to inspire students to live fearlessly on and off the mat. She wants students to have fun, to play.
