Nicole was introduced to yoga at an early age, and immediately felt a connection to something deeper. Yoga provided a space for mindful breath and movement, which fostered the development of profound roots to a sense of self. The connection to body and mind offered through yoga, Nicole believes, can lead to genuine and peaceful interaction with self, others, and the world. Nicole is a 600hr CYT and has been teaching since 2017 through several nonprofit organizations and yoga studios. She has completed foundational and advanced teacher trainings as well as additional certifications in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. In Nicole’s vinyasa classes you can expect to link mind and body with ujjayi breath to flow through postures from basic to advanced.
