What Sets Us Apart
Non-Heated Yoga Classes
We’re proud to be a non-heated studio with a temperature range of around 80 degrees. This warm temperature allows you to practice in a non-heated space, focusing on your breath, alignment, and internal awareness without the additional physical stress of added heat.
This makes our classes more accessible to everyone, including those with health considerations or who prefer a more grounded practice.
Sustainably Paced Classes
You won’t hear us pushing for “perfection” in a pose or speeding through classes at an unsustainable pace. Instead, we’ll guide you to explore your unique expression of each posture.
Whether taking a different pose variation, taking a child’s pose, or challenging yourself further, you’re always in charge of your practice and body at Yoga Loft.

Our approach to yoga meets you where you’re at, regardless of physical condition, age, or experience level. We aim to make yoga universal, ensuring everyone can enjoy their practice in a clean, incense, fragrance, and smoke-free environment.
​We also have two state-of-the-art air filtration systems to ensure our air is clean and safe from airborne contaminants.
