Yoga Loft Tucson Accessibility (ADA) Statement

Last reviewed: August 5, 2025

Accessibility is a core part of our ethos, both online and on the mat. Yoga Loft Tucson is committed to making our digital spaces welcoming and usable by everyone. We aim to remove barriers and to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2 Level AA), along with all applicable U.S. accessibility regulations.

Scope

This policy covers all web content produced or updated by Levin Media and Yoga Loft Tucson. It does not extend to user-generated content; however, we will provide accessible alternatives upon request whenever feasible.

Third-Party Services

Our site integrates with third-party platforms such as Arketa (class booking) and Mailchimp (newsletter forms). We review their published accessibility statements and favor providers that demonstrate WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Because we do not control their code, any concerns with those services should also be reported to us so we can coordinate a solution.

Review & Testing

We review the site’s accessibility periodically—especially when we launch significant design updates or learn of an issue. Automated tools, keyboard-only checks, and screen-reader spot tests (NVDA and VoiceOver) guide our improvements. Findings are tracked and addressed within our development workflow.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in an alternative format, please email laura@levin.media. We aim to respond within two business days and will work with you to find a workable solution.

Yoga Loft Tucson will continue to improve accessibility as standards evolve and welcomes feedback that helps us create an inclusive experience for all.
