1. All Sales Are Final
• All purchases are non-refundable.
• Class packs, drop-ins, workshops, retail items, and gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Class Packs & Drop-Ins
• Credits may be used only by the original purchaser.
• Cancel at least 2 hours before class time to keep your credit.
• Cancel inside 2 hours: lose the credit or pay a $5 late-cancel fee.
• No-show: lose the credit.
3. Unlimited Memberships (Monthly Unlimited & Community Rate)
• Three-month minimum contract; billing runs automatically each month.
• Late-cancel fee: $5 per class.
• No-show fee: $10 per class.
• Memberships may be paused for up to three months per calendar year; billing resumes automatically on the agreed restart date. Unused time is not refundable or transferable.
4. Guest Passes
• Guest passes are for new clients only and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or extended.
5. How to Cancel or Pause
• Cancel a class through your Arketa account or the link in your confirmation email.
• To pause a membership, email contact@yogalofttucson.com at least three business days before your next billing date.
6. Studio-Initiated Changes
If Yoga Loft Tucson must cancel a class or close unexpectedly, we will add a credit to your account or, in rare cases, issue studio credit at our discretion.
